Journalling is a powerful tool for tuning into our inner hopes, desires and dark spaces.

We can use it to turn a bad mood into a good mood. We can use it to gain perspective on ourselves and our behaviour. We can use it to get more clarity on who we are, what we want and why we’re feeling how we’re feeling.

Journalling effectively can improve our confidence, self-belief, relationships, decision-making and much more.

    This is a recording of a free workshop I delivered for my Doing Things Differently community on the topic of money EQ. How our relationship with money affects everything we do.
